Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HardMatte ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
Description of Service
HardMatte provides cinematographic data analysis and visualization tools for films. The analysis provided is based on algorithms and data processing and is intended for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of every metric (e.g., shot length, color palette extraction) as these are interpretive algorithmic results.
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account management page.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HardMatte and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Israel and foreign countries.
Movie Assets: Movie posters and still images displayed on the site are the property of their respective copyright owners and are used here for critical analysis, commentary, and educational purposes under the doctrine of Fair Use.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
